What: Harris County Flood Control District Bond Election
When: Election Day: Saturday, August 25, 2018
From 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

The Texas Governor, Greg Abbott, previously approved Harris County’s request to hold a special bond election for drainage and flood reduction projects on August 25, 2018, which is the one (1)-year anniversary of Hurricane Harvey. More than 150 projects identified by the Harris County Flood Control District are candidates for such bond funding. These projects will provide flood risk reduction benefits in the watersheds in which the projects are located and includes projects within and/or benefitting Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 364 (the “District”), the district in which you reside. The Board of Directors of the District is encouraging all of its registered voters to participate and VOTE in the upcoming Harris County Flood Control District Special Bond Election on August 25, 2018.
